Household Item Dumpsters

Our household item dumpsters are designed for cleanouts, moving projects, downsizing, estate cleanouts, garage cleanouts, basement cleanouts, and general residential junk removal. These dumpsters are a great option for disposing of common household items, including:

• Furniture, tables, chairs, couches, and mattresses 
• Boxes, household clutter, and general junk 
• Clothing, toys, decorations, and miscellaneous items 
• Small appliances and household goods 
• Carpet, rugs, and non-construction flooring materials 
• Garage, attic, basement, and storage cleanout items 
• Non-hazardous household debris 

Please note that household item dumpster rentals are considered general trash dumpster rentals and include the tonnage listed with each dumpster size. Any weight over the included tonnage is billed separately at $127 per ton. 

For safety and landfill compliance, hazardous materials, chemicals, paint, tires, batteries, liquids, fuel, oil, propane tanks, asbestos-containing materials, and other restricted items are not permitted unless approved in advance.

Our construction waste dumpsters are designed for cleanup from remodeling, renovation, building, demolition, and general jobsite projects. These dumpsters are a great option for disposing of common construction and demolition debris, including:

• Wood, lumber, plywood, and trim 
• Drywall and plaster 
• Roofing shingles and underlayment 
• Flooring, tile, and laminate 
• Cabinets, countertops, doors, and windows 
• Siding and exterior building materials 
• Small amounts of concrete, brick, block, and masonry 
• General construction debris from residential or light commercial projects 

Please note that construction waste dumpster rentals do not include any tonnage with the rental price. All construction waste disposal weight is billed separately at $65 per ton, rounded to the nearest half ton. 

If household items, general trash, or non-construction debris are placed in a construction waste dumpster, the load may no longer qualify for the construction waste disposal rate. In that case, all tonnage for the dumpster will be billed at the general trash rate of $127 per ton, rather than the construction waste rate. To keep disposal costs as low as possible, construction dumpsters should be used only for approved construction and demolition materials such as wood, drywall, roofing, flooring, siding, trim, and other jobsite debris.
